Lighting Design Tips

When you hear the words “crystal chandelier,” do you just cringe and picture that hideous old brass chandelier in your grandmother’s house?  In today’s day and age, crystal is so much more. . .  and usually not anywhere close to brass.  Modern crystal fixtures offer a broad range of styles from intricately cut glass to geometric shaped crystals.  There are also fixtures with beautiful colored crystals available in a rainbow of colors.  Beyond brass, chandeliers are available in bronze, nickel, and polished chrome finishes.  There are also shaded crystal fixtures and lamps that offer an added level of elegance.

Everyone thinks of a crystal chandelier as the centerpiece for a dining room, but it has become common to put crystal in one’s bathroom, closet, foyer… anywhere you want to add a little sparkle!  Don’t worry, you can still get a traditional chandelier if that’s your design style, but you can also find a crystal piece for most any taste and décor.

There really is no limit to where you can put that gorgeous crystal piece.  Wherever you crave a little bling, we can help you find the perfect fixture!  Need some inspiration?  Below are some applications where our customers have used crystal in their new or remodeled homes.
