unlawful activities through use of the HOSTING SERVICE or the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, Gross Electric reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to take any action it deems necessary or appropriate
under the circumstances. You hereby consent to the release of any of
the above information without notice should Gross Electric deem it
