Gross Electric accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

*Gross Electric will only accept credit or debit cards issued in the United States. Upon approval of your credit card your order will be processed and your credit card will be charged. All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged as required by applicable laws. All taxes are calculated and included in the final price on the Order Review Page.

Shipping Policy

We ship most orders from our inventory within 1 business day of receipt of order. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) ground service. We do not ship to any other destinations at this time. Special handling (air shipments, etc.) is available for an additional charge. A shipping charge will be calculated and automatically added to your order and will be shown on your receipt. This charge represents a typical shipment via UPS Ground. If your shipment is of exceptional weight or size, or if the carrier/service level requested causes the actual shipping charges to be higher than this system-calculated amount, we will contact you for your approval of the charge prior to processing your order. If you confirm that the additional charge is acceptable to you, we will add it to your order total and process accordingly.

Return of Online Purchases

Should an item be received in defective or broken condition, please contact us immediately. With verification of your defective/broken items, we will reorder and coordinate your return as quickly as possible. Returns due to defective/broken merchandise must be completed within 30 days of delivery.

To ensure that your return is processed accurately, please email webreply@grosselectric.com immediately. A customer service associate will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Code that must be included with your merchandise return.

Please be aware of the following:

  • Returns made without a Return Merchandise Authorization Code will not be accepted.
  • Absolutely no returns will be processed after 30 days of delivery.
  • Fixtures that have cut wires and/or have been installed cannot be returned.
  • All merchandise must be properly returned in its original packaging. In the event that any of the included items are missing, additional charges may be applied.
  • Details as to the condition of the defective/broken merchandise must be provided. In some cases, pictures of the defective items must be submitted for verification.
  • We do not refund any installation costs. Please receive and review all merchandise prior to installation.
  • We do not refund additional freight costs that may have been added for special order items.
  • If your items were delivered via freight line, your return order may be subject to additional service fees that will be deducted from your return. We will contact you to coordinate this process.

We know that ordering online can be tricky. If the item you ordered is in perfect condition, but just wasn’t what you were expecting – too big, too small, not the style you were looking for, just email webreply@grosselectric.com and a customer service associate will be happy to assist you.

Returning Your Online Order to a Gross Electric Showroom or Supply Counter

You are welcome to return your defective/broken merchandise to one of our showrooms or supply counters. Please note that in addition to the information above, the following applies:

  • Showroom/Supply Counter returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery.
