Gross Electric is proud to announce the Opening of Lighting Hearth & Home and Gross Electric Supply in Howell, Michigan in early 2023!

Lighting Hearth & Home is a brand extension of Gross Electric unique to Howell, but those familiar with our company will be pleased to know that we will offer our full range of Gross Electric products with the addition of fireplaces! Gross Electric purchased Country Squire at 209 W. Grand River Rd, in the summer of 2022 which returns us to our roots as a downtown lighting and electrical supply store. For those not familiar with Gross Electric, we are an 113 year old 3^rd generation, woman & family owned lighting and electrical distributor with locations in Toledo & Northwood, Ohio and Ann Arbor Michigan.

What can Howell customers expect from our newest location?

We will have 2 entrances to the store, the front showroom which will offer  lighting fixtures, home décor items & casual furniture, cabinet & door hardware, paddle fans and  fireplaces to help you create the perfect atmosphere in your home. We hired Keith, Tiffany & Nancy who were formally with Country Squire, and have hired additional knowledgeable staff  to help you with any project, whether for you home or business.Gross Electric is known for our quality lighting and comprehensive lighting design solutions. Whether you are starting a new home build or simply swapping out a dusty old fixture for a quick weekend room refresh, we can't wait for the Howell community to trust us with their projects.

The back entrance will still access the showroom, but also our electrical supply counter, which will carry electrical supplies, commercial lighting, safety equipment and “all things electrical”. Our team of experienced supply salespeople is ready to get you in and out with the electrical supplies to get the job done efficiently.
