THE POLARIS IT-1/0 MULTI-TAP SINGLE-SIDE ENTRY CONNECTOR FEATURES 2 PORTS SIZED FOR 1/0 AWG TO 6 AWG WIRES. THE BODY IS MADE FROM ALUMINUM ALLOY WRAPPED IN A LAYER OF PLASTISOL INSULATION. EACH PORT IS PRE-LOADED WITH AN OXIDE INHIBITOR, WITH REMOVABLE ACCESS PLUGS OVER THE HEX SCREWS USED TO TIGHTEN THE CONNECTIONS. DUAL RATED FOR USE WITH COPPER OR ALUMINUM CABLES. INSTALLS WITH A HEX KEY AND TORQUE WRENCH, WITHOUT ANY TAPE OR ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES.
